ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

When is IDC 2025 and where will it be held?

It will be held on January 23-25 at CCF Center, C5 cor. Ortigas Ave., Ortigas East, Pasig City, Philippines.

Is IDC 2025 being held onsite and online?

IDC 2025 will be a fully onsite conference. There will be no personal livestreaming access for participants.

However, for those who wish to participate in IDC but are outside the Greater Manila Area, you can join onsite at any of these Satellite Broadcast Centers:

TICKET PURCHASING

How can I buy conference tickets?

You can buy conference tickets two ways:

Onsite at the CCF Center or at select and participating satellites.
Online at https://idc.org.ph starting November 1, 2024.

For online ticket purchases:

You can pay via Gcash, PayMaya, Bills Payment, Bank Transfer, Over the Counter, or through ATM, Debit, or Credit Card. Bank details will be shown in the payment options when you click the “Buy Ticket” button.

Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and upload it to the ticket order form (https://idc.org.ph) and check your email for the payment summary. You can expect your e-ticket via email after payment has been validated within 5 working days at most.

Bank Transfer / Deposit

NOTE: You may fill out the ticket order form after completing payment. Account details can be found on the buying platform (https://idc.org.ph). After your transaction, take a photo or screenshot of the receipt wherein the bank account number of Christ's Commission Foundation, Inc., the amount, and the date of transfer should be visible for tracking purposes.

Fill out the form and upload your payment confirmation.
Check your email for the payment summary. You can expect your e-ticket via email after payment has been validated within 5 working days at most.

ATM, Debit, Credit Card

Fill out the form and you will be redirected to PayMaya for your card details.
NOTE: There is a 2% transaction fee for this process
Check your details and input the OTP sent to your mobile number.
Wait for the confirmation note. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER until you are redirected back to the CCF Events page.
You will receive emails from (1) PayMaya (confirmation); and (2) your IDC 2025 ticket.

What is included in the conference ticket?

Your ticket allows you to participate in all conference plenaries and (2) workshops of your choice. It also comes with a workbook, a conference kit with freebies – and we can’t wait for you to unpack it!

*For those attending the conference at designated satellite broadcast centers: The IDC kit may not be included unless specified by the organizing CCF satellite.

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy.

If you are a Commitment Card holder, please note that the discount only applies to only (1) ticket.

Can I bring my kid/s to the conference?

We discourage the bringing of children to the conference. For situations that will compel parents to bring children, those who are able to sit will be required to have their own ticket (parents will have to take care of their children’s seat reservation as well.)

Parents with infants and toddlers may use the Toddlers’ Room at the back of the Main Hall. However, please be mindful that it has limited space, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no activities for kids at IDC 2025.

Until when can I buy tickets?

Ticket selling will remain open until tickets sell out.

Until when are the early bird rates?

The early bird ticket prices of P1,400 (regular price) and P1,200 (Commitment Card holder price) will be until December 31, 2024 only.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

I can’t find my ticket. How do I locate it?

You can search an email from [email protected]. You may also check your junk/spam folders as it may have been automatically filtered by your email service provider.

I already paid but haven’t received my ticket.

Make sure to fill out the ticket order form at https://events-web.ccf.org.ph/idc-2025/buy (for payments other than credit/debit cards.)

Upon submission, please allow 5 working days at most for the validation of your payment. Check your inbox and/or sub-folders (junk/spam) or try searching for an email from [email protected].

Do I still need to bring my ticket on the actual conference dates?

You may present the physical or digital version of your ticket, provided that QR codes are readable for check-in processes. Delegates only need to check in once.

SEAT RESERVATION

Is IDC 2025 on a reserved seating basis?

Yes, participants get to choose their preferred seats. Pre-sale ticket buyers get the privilege of reserving their seats in advance at https://seat-reservation.ccf.org.ph/idc-2025. Those who will purchase tickets starting November 1 onwards may also reserve their seats via the same link.

Can I change my seat selection?

Seats will be considered final upon clicking “Submit Reservation” and when you receive a confirmation email. The seat you selected will be applicable for all plenaries ONLY during all 3 days of the conference. Please keep your physical or digital ticket handy for checks that may be made by our ushers.

I need assistance with seat reservation.

The IDC Team will be happy to assist you on Sundays (starting October 13 onwards.) Visit our booth at the Ground Floor with your ticket number.

For days I’m unable to attend the conference, can I delegate my seat to someone I know?

Yes, you may transfer your conference ID to another person, and s/he may take the seat you reserved.

What is the difference between seat reservation, ticket registration, and check-in?

Seat reservation is where you select your preferred seat for the conference. You can select your seat here: https://seat-reservation.ccf.org.ph/idc-2025

Ticket registration is where you select your workshops of choice for days 2 and 3 (total of 2 workshops.) Register your ticket here:

Check-In is done on Day 1 of the conference where participants get their kits and conference IDs.

TICKET REGISTRATION

Is ticket registration necessary?

Yes, registering your ticket secures your slots for your workshops on days 2 and 3. Opening of ticket registration will be announced soon.

How do I register my ticket?

Input your ticket number at https://idc.org.ph/register and select your workshops. You will receive an email summary of your selection.

Workshop access will be on a per-registration basis. If you miss registration or if the seating of your preferred workshop runs out, you will be assigned to the workshops in the main auditorium by default.

Can I register more than one ticket at a time?

You may only register (1) ticket per email address.

What workshops are available for IDC 2025?

It says my ticket is already registered. What is causing this?

Make sure your ticket number is typed correctly (case-sensitive) and if you’re using an alternate email address in registering. If you bought tickets in bulk, you may only register (1) ticket per email address. If none of these resolves your issue, chat with us at https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDCchat 

GENERAL INQUIRIES

Where to park in CCF?

We have free parking spaces for our delegates at our basement levels 1-3. We encourage participants to arrive early as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Should slots run out, there are pay parking spaces nearby: Transcom Building, Silver City, SM Hypermarket.

Can we bring pets to the conference?

We understand your love for your fur babies, but bringing pets to the conference is not permitted.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the main hall?

Food and colored drinks are prohibited at the main hall. Participants may bring in their personal flasks provided that only water is contained.

Are there food stalls at CCF Center?

We have food concessionaires at our cafeteria (G/F), and there will be food trucks located around the CCF Center for your convenience. There are also many other restaurants within walking distance of CCF Center.
