ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

What is IDC?

IDC, or Intentional Discipleship Conference, is a global conference mounted by CCF to encourage, edify, and equip Dgroup leaders in their obedience of and pursuit of the Great Commission: to make disciples.

When and where will IDC 2026 be held?

IDC 2026 will be held on January 29-31, 2026 at the CCF Center, C5 cor. Ortigas Ave., Ortigas East, Pasig City, Philippines.

Is IDC 2026 a hybrid (onsite and online) conference)?

IDC 2026 will be a fully onsite conference and there will be no personal livestreaming access at this time.

However, for those who wish to participate outside the Greater Manila Area, you can join onsite at any of these Satellite Broadcast Centers:

TICKET PURCHASE AND TRANSFER

What is included in the conference ticket?

Your ticket allows you to participate in all conference plenaries and two workshops of your choice. It also comes with your conference kit and freebies – and we can’t wait for you to unpack it!

*For those attending the conference at designated satellite broadcast centers: The IDC kit may not be included unless specified by the organizing CCF satellite.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.

How can I buy conference tickets?

You can buy conference tickets two ways:

Onsite at the CCF Center or at select and participating satellites.
Online at https://idc.org.ph

For online ticket purchases:

Pay via GCash, Bills Payment, Bank Transfer/OTC, or through ATM, Debit or Credit Card. Bank details will be shown in the payment options when you click the “Buy Ticket” button.

1. Go to Bills Payment

2. Use the following details:

BPI: Name (Subscriber Name), 2026 IDC Ticket (Reference No.)

BDO: Name (Subscriber Name), 2026 IDC Ticket (Reference No.)

Metrobank: Name (Name), 2026 IDC Ticket (Reference No.)

Security Bank: 2026IDCTicket (Subscriber No.)

UnionBank: Name (Name), 2026 IDC Ticket (Purpose of Donation)

RCBC: Name (donor), 2026 IDC Ticket (Purpose of Donation)

3. Upload it on the ticket order form at https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDC2026buy and check your e-mail for the payment summary. You can expect your e-ticket in your e-mail after your payment has been validated.

BANK TRANSFER / DEPOSIT

NOTE: You can only proceed to the ticket buying form after completing payment. Account details can be found on the ticket buying platform.

1. Fill out the form and attach your payment confirmation.

2. Check your e-mail for the order summary. You can expect your e-ticket in your e-mail after your payment has been validated.

ATM, DEBIT, CREDIT CARD

1. Fill out the form and you will be redirected to PayMaya for your card details.
*NOTE: There is a 2% transaction fee for this process.

2. Check your details and input the OTP sent to your mobile number.

3. Wait for the confirmation note. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER until you are redirected back to the CCF Events Page.

4. You will receive e-mails from (1) PayMaya (confirmation); (2) conference e-ticket

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Yes. There is also no limit to the number of tickets you can buy for other people.

If you are a Commitment Card holder, please note that the discount only applies to only one ticket.

Until when can I buy tickets?

Ticket selling will remain open until tickets sell out.

I can’t find my ticket. How do I locate it?

You can search an email from [email protected]. You may also check your junk/spam folders as it may have been automatically filtered by your email service provider.

I already paid but haven’t received my ticket.

Make sure to fill out the ticket order form at https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDC2026buy (for payments other than credit/debit cards.)

Upon submission, please allow 5 working days at most for the validation of your payment. Check your inbox and/or sub-folders (junk/spam) or try searching for an email from [email protected].

Do I still need to bring my ticket on the actual conference dates?

You may present the physical or digital version of your ticket, provided that QR codes are readable for check-in processes. Delegates only need to check in once.

TICKET REGISTRATION

Is ticket registration necessary?

Yes, registering your ticket secures your slots for your workshops on days 2 and 3. Register your ticket here: https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDC2026workshopreg

What is the difference between ticket registration, seat reservation, and check-in?

*Applies to Main Hall ticket holders only.
Seat reservation is where you select your preferred seat for the conference. You can select your seat here: https://seat-reservation.ccf.org.ph/idc-2026

Ticket registration is where you select your workshops of choice for days 2 and 3 (total of 2 workshops.) Register your ticket here: https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDC2026workshopreg

Check-In is done on Day 1 of the conference where participants get their kits and conference IDs.

*for participants who will be unable to attend Day 1, you may check-in on Day 2.

How do I register my ticket?

Input your ticket number at https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDC2026workshopreg and select your workshops. You will receive an email summary of your selection.

Workshop spots are first-come, first-served. If you don’t register in time or your chosen workshop is full, you’ll automatically be placed in a main auditorium session.

Can I register more than one ticket under my e-mail address?

You may only register one ticket per email address.

It says my ticket is already registered. What is causing this?

Double-check your ticket number and if you’re using an alternate e-mail address in registering. If you bought tickets in bulk, you may only register (1) ticket per email address. If none of these resolves your issue, chat with us at https://go.ccf.org.ph/IDCchat 

SEAT RESERVATION

How does the seat reservation system work?

Reserved seating is enforced in the Main Hall during plenaries only. Workshops that will be held in the Main Hall will still observe free seating, and the Main Hall will be vacated after workshops in preparation for succeeding plenaries.

Pre-sale ticket buyers and Main Hall ticketholders can reserve their preferred seats in advance at https://seat-reservation.ccf.org.ph/idc-2026 starting October 5. The system will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I reserve my seat at the Overflow Hall?

The seat reservation system does not apply to Overflow Halls. Overflow Hall ticketholders can occupy any of the overflow halls on a first-come, first-served basis, and we ask all overflow participants to be considerate of others and refrain from making physical reservations.

Can I change my seat selection?

Seats will be considered final upon clicking “Submit Reservation” and when you receive a confirmation email. The seat you selected will be applicable for all plenaries ONLY during all 3 days of the conference. Please keep your physical or digital ticket handy for checks that may be made by our ushers.

Something came up and I won’t be able to attend the conference. Can I delegate my seat to someone I know?

Yes, you may transfer your conference ID to another person, and s/he may take the seat you reserved.

GENERAL INQUIRIES

Can I bring my kid/s to the conference?

We discourage the bringing of children to the conference. For situations that will compel parents to bring children, those who are able to sit will be required to have their own ticket (parents will have to take care of their children’s seat reservation as well.)

Parents with infants and toddlers may use the Toddlers’ Room at the back of the Main Hall. However, please be mindful that it has limited space, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no activities for kids at IDC 2026.

Can we bring pets to the conference?

We understand your love for your fur babies, but bringing pets to the conference is not permitted.

Where can I park?

We have free parking spaces for our delegates at our basement levels 1-3. We encourage participants to arrive early as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. When slots run out, there are pay parking spaces nearby: Opus Mall and Bridgetowne, Silver City 1-4, Transcom Building, Tiendesitas, SM Center Pasig, and Motech Open Parking

Where can I buy lunch / snacks?

We have food concessionaires at our cafeteria (G/F), and there will be food trucks located around the CCF Center for your convenience. There are also many other restaurants within walking distance of CCF Center.

Can I reserve a table for my group at the cafeteria?

We ask ALL participants to be considerate of others and refrain from making physical reservations of tables in the cafeteria. Unattended items will be removed and relocated to a designated claim area.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the main hall?

Food and colored drinks are prohibited at the main hall. Participants may bring in their personal flasks provided that only water is contained.
