1. I bought an IDC 2021 ticket during IDC 2020 at CCF Center. Can I use the same ticket for IDC 2022?

Your early bird ticket purchased in IDC 2020 covers both IDC 2021 and IDC 2022 online conferences. You will receive your IDC 2022 e-ticket via email together with other instructions.

2. How can I buy conference tickets?

Visit https://idc.org.ph for tickets. Payment can be done through GCash, Bills Payment, Bank Transfer/Deposit, or through ATM/Debit/Credit card.

Please be reminded that Commitment Card discount is only valid for one ticket. For bulk purchase, the discount applies only to the person buying the ticket, granted he/she has a commitment card number. The rest will be charged at a regular rate.

A. Mobile Bank App via Bills Payment:

  1. Open your bank app and go to Bills Payment.
  2. Listed below is your guide in filling out the fields:
    • BPI: Name (subscriber name), 2022 IDC Ticket (reference #)
    • BDO: Name (subscriber name), 2022 IDC Ticket (subscriber #)
    • Metrobank: Name (name), 2022 IDC Ticket (reference #)
    • SBC: 2022IDCTicket (account)
    • UB: Name (name), 2022 IDC Ticket (purpose of donation)
    • RCBC: Name (donor), 2022 IDC Ticket (purpose of donation)

  3. Take a picture/screenshot of your payment confirmation.
  4. Go to idc.org.ph and click Bank Transfer to upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
  5. You will receive a payment summary from idc@ccf.org.ph
  6. Once payment has been validated, expect your IDC 2022 e-ticket from web.admin@ccf.org.ph

B. Bank transfer/deposit:

You can only fully accomplish the form after completing payment. To know the account details, click Bank Transfer and select your preferred bank.

  1. Select your preferred bank and fill out the form.
  2. Input “2022 IDC Ticket” in your transaction notes for faster verification.
  3. Take a picture/screenshot of your payment confirmation
  4. Go to idc.org.ph and click Bank Transfer to upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
  5. You will receive a payment summary from idc@ccf.org.ph
  6. Once payment has been validated, expect your IDC 2022 e-ticket from web.admin@ccf.org.ph

NOTE: Additional charges may apply.

C. GCash Bills Payment:

  1. Go to Pay Bills section, tap “Others” and look for Christ’s Commission Foundation, Inc.
  2. Write “CCF Main” and Input “2022 IDC Ticket” in the purpose of donation.
  3. Save the receipt to your gallery.
  4. Go to https://idc.org.ph and click Bank Transfer to upload your receipt as you fill out the form.
  5. You will receive a payment summary from idc@ccf.org.ph
  6. Once payment has been validated, expect your IDC 2022 e-ticket from web.admin@ccf.org.ph

D. ATM/debit/credit card:

  1. Click ATM/Debit/Credit card button. Fill out the form and click BUY.
  2. You will be redirected to PayMaya for your card details.
    *NOTE: There is a 2% transaction fee for this process.
  3. Double check your details and input the OTP sent to you when prompted.
  4. Wait for the confirmation note. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER until you are redirected back to the CCF Events page.
  5. You will receive the following emails: (1) PayMaya confirmation; (2) IDC 2022 e-ticket

3. Is there any limit to the number of tickets I can buy for others?

No, you can buy as many as you want.

4. Is there a deadline for the ticket buying and registration?

Ticket buying and registration end on January 26, 2022.

5. Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable. If you would like to transfer your ticket, e-mail an authorization including the details of the transfer recipient to idc@ccf.org.ph.

6. How can we watch IDC 2022?

IDC 2022 will happen via Zoom. Make sure to have a Zoom account to join the conference.

7. I’ve already bought my ticket. Do I still need to register?

  1. Single-ticket purchase
    • A unique zoom link will be sent right away to your email, no need for registration!
    • If you are re-buying a single ticket for another person using the same email address, registration for this second ticket is a must. Use the other person’s email address to skip the registration process.
  2. Multiple ticket buyers
    • Registration is a must for multiple ticket purchases. You will receive your tickets in a PDF file. Use the codes to register the tickets respectively.

Each Zoom link is unique per ticket. Joining the conference through a shared Zoom link will be unsuccessful.

8. I cannot find my ticket in my inbox, how do I locate it?

You can try the following:

  • In your email search, IDC 2022 from: web.admin@ccf.org.ph
  • You can also check your spam/junk folder and search for the IDC ticket with the suggested key words above

9. I already paid but I haven’t received my ticket.

Fill out the purchase form: https://idc.org.ph/idc-other-payment-options/ (for GCash and Bank Transfer/Deposit payments)

If you have filled out the form, the ticket may have been auto filtered by your email provider to your sub-folders. You can also try typing ‘web.admin@ccf.org.ph’ in your email search bar.

10. How do I register my ticket?

Go to https://idc.org.ph and go to the registration button.

  1. Enter your ticket number, then click continue.
  2. Log-in to your Small Groups/CCF account or register if you don’t have one.
  3. Indicate your Zoom account email address and select IDC 2022.
  4. Tick the statement on receiving updates from CCF, and click the Continue button.
  5. Expect to receive your Zoom link shortly.

NOTE: Each Zoom link is unique per ticket. Joining the conference through a shared Zoom link will be unsuccessful.

11. I’m having problems logging in to Small Groups/CCF account.

You may try re-setting your password via https://smallgroups.ccf.org.ph/resetting/request, or you may message us on Viber: 0977-0196434 or Messenger: https://m.me/intentionaldiscipleshipconference

12. Can I register more than one ticket under my e-mail address?

Sorry, you may only register one ticket under your email address. If you purchased tickets for other people, please have them register their own tickets to receive their unique Zoom links.

13. I’m trying to register my ticket but the website is telling me that it’s already been registered. What’s causing this problem?

Please double-check the ticket number you are using and if you happened to use an alternate email address in registering.

If you bought tickets in bulk, please be reminded that registration may only be done on a one e-mail, one ticket basis. 14. I registered but didn’t receive my Zoom link, where can I find it?

Check if you are using the same email address as in your registration. Your email service provider may have also automatically filtered our message to your sub-folders, so please check through each one as well.

15. I can’t find my zoom link. Any ideas how to locate it?

No worries! Zoom will periodically send emails to remind you of the conference as the dates draw nearer. If you are still having problems, message our Support Team at https://m.me/intentionaldiscipleshipconference

16. Can I use different devices to watch the conference via Zoom?

Different devices can be used but only one at a time. If you wish to switch devices, you must leave from the current device before logging in to another.

17. Can I still watch IDC videos after the conference?

You can view the VOD (video-on-demand) for an extended period of 45 days after the conference. Further instructions will be sent to your email.

18. Do we have workbook / handouts?

There will be a digital workbook which you can download from https://idc.org.ph soon.
