1. Is my early bird ticket valid?

If you bought an early bird ticket for IDC 2021 last January, it will be valid for IDC 2022, and you will also be given complimentary access to IDC 2021. We will be sending an email for your online conference ticket, together with other instructions.

2. Can I get a refund or transfer my early bird ticket?

One ticket for two conferences.

Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable, and this benefit will only be valid for one ticketholder and may not be split between two people. If you would like to transfer your ticket, kindly e-mail an authorization/transfer letter including the details of transfer recipient to idc@ccf.org.ph

3. How can I buy the conference tickets?

Please go to idc.org.ph to buy the tickets. The following modes of payment are available: Gcash/Bank Transfer/Deposit or via ATM/Debit/Credit Card.

For Bank Transfer/Deposit: 

  1. Upon clicking the Bank Transfer/Deposit button, you will be directed to a form.
  2. Select your preferred bank to get the bank details. For those who will do over-the-counter transaction, take note of the account details.
  3. Don’t forget to indicate “2021 IDC Reg Fee” in your transaction for faster verification. You can only accomplish the form once you have made your payment. 
  4. Take a picture of your deposit slip or screenshot of your transaction, and upload it as proof of payment.
  5. Your payment summary will be sent via email from idc@ccf.org.ph 
  6. Once payment has been validated, you will receive your digiticket for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from web.admin@ccf.org.ph.

For ATM/Debit/Credit Card: 

  1. Upon clicking the ATM/Debit/Credit Card button, you will be directed to a form.
  2. Fill out the form and click “Buy” 
  3. You will be redirected to the PayMaya gateway for your card details. There will be an additional PayMaya transaction fee which is 2% of the total cost + 10 pesos per transaction.
  4. Double check your details and key in the OTP when prompted
  5. Then, you will see a confirmation note. Do not close the browser until you are automatically redirected back to CCF Events. 
  6. Lastly, you will receive 2 emails containing the ff:
    • Successful payment transaction from PayMaya
    • Your digiticket for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from web.admin@ccf.org.ph.

4. Is there any limit to the number of tickets I can buy for others?

No, you can buy as many as you want.

5. Is there a deadline for the ticket buying and registration?

Yes, ticket buying ends on January 10, and make sure to register to get your zoom links to the conference.

6. Why is it important to register my ticket?

IDC 2021 will be conducted through Zoom Webinars. Each participant will receive their own unique zoom link to access the conference. Sharing your link with another person will not work as as Zoom will not accept duplicate links on a given run/session.

7. Upon registration, it says my ticket is invalid. What do I do?

Please double check your ticket number and make sure you enter it correctly. For those who bought early bird tickets, please check your email from web.admin@ccf.org.ph sent starting Nov 7, 2020 and use the number indicated in your NEW ticket for registration.

8. I cannot find my ticket in my inbox, any ideas how I can locate it?

You can try the following:

  • Type in your email search bar the email subject: IDC 2021 Online – New Normal discipleship
  • Type in your email search bar: web.admin@ccf.org.ph
  • Try checking your spam folder and search for the IDC ticket with the suggested key words above.
  • also try checking the important section for Gmail accounts

9. I paid but haven't received my ticket

If you purchased your ticket through Gcash, bank transfer or bank deposit, please make sure that you have filled up the purchase form (https://idc.org.ph/idc-other-payment-options/) at our IDC website.

If you have filled up the form, kindly check the following folders in your email inbox as the ticket may have been auto-filtered by your email provider: updates, junk, spam, promotions, important. You can also try typing ‘web.admin@ccf.org.ph’ in your email search bar.

If you are unable to find it in these folders, please email us at idc@ccf.org.ph with the name and email used for the purchase and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

10. How do I register my ticket?

You can register by going to idc.org.ph and and click on the “ticket registration” button at the home page.

  1. Enter your ticket number and click continue
  2. Register or login to your Small Groups account
  3. Indicate your church affiliation and how many will watch with you and click continue. Make sure not to leave any field unanswered, and click continue.
  4. You will receive 3 emails from IDC 2021 <no-reply@zoom.us>. Each email contains a unique zoom link of the following:
    • Plenary zoom link for both Saturdays, January 23 & 30.
    • Workshop link 1 for the first cluster weekday workshops
    • workshop link 2 for the second cluster of weekday workshops

Each zoom link is assigned to 1 ticket, so entering the conference via shared zoom links will be unsuccessful. To see the workshop list and schedule, go to the menu tab of idc.org.ph and click “Programs”

11. I’m having problems logging in to my CCF Events / Small Groups account.

Please try re-setting your password using this link https://smallgroups.ccf.org.ph/resetting/request or message us at idc@ccf.org.ph for the re-setting of your account information.

12. Can I register more than one ticket under my email address?

You may only register one ticket to one email address. If you purchased more than one ticket, please have the intended users/participants register their own tickets individually to receive their unique Zoom links.

13. I’m trying to register my ticket but the website is telling me that it’s already been registered. What should I do?

Please check if you accidentally used an alternative email address to register your ticket beforehand. Please also check the ticket number you are using. If you bulk bought tickets, please note that registration may only be done on a one-to-one basis. One email per ticket. If none of these have resolved your registration issue, please email us at idc@ccf.org.ph along with your ticket number for further assistance.

14. Can I select my workshop?

There will be no need to book the workshop you want to attend because you will automatically be given the workshop links (2) via email once you have successfully registered. There will be 2 workshops happening every weeknight from Monday – Friday, January 25-29, 2021, and you can choose whatever workshop you want to attend during the weeknight workshops. To see the workshop list and schedule, go to the menu tab of idc.org.ph and click “Programs”

15. I registered but didn’t receive my Zoom links, where can I find them?

Please check to see that you are searching the same email address that you used to register for the event, and then check the following folders in your email inbox as the links may have been auto-filtered by your email provider: updates, junk spam, promotions, important.

If you cannot find your Zoom links in these folders, please send us an email at idc@ccf.org.ph so that we can resend your links as soon as possible.

16. How will I use the online tickets to watch the event, and can I watch IDC right away?

After buying the tickets, you need to register your ticket number. Upon successful ticket registration, you will receive the zoom links for the conference. Sharing of zoom links will be unsuccessful as each link is assigned to one ticket.

17. Where can we watch the online conference?

IDC 2021 can be watched via Zoom. We will be sending unique Zoom links (valid for 1 user only) for the plenaries and for the workshops upon event registration.

18. The conference schedule seems long, is it going to be whole day the entire week?

We know that everyone is suffering from Zoom fatigue, so we distributed the plenaries and workshops throughout the week:

Saturday plenaries: Jan 23 & 30, 9:30 am – 3:00 pm PH time

Weeknight workshops: Jan 25 – 29, 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm PH time

19. I can't attend the conference schedule due to my shift at work/I live abroad. Is there a way for me to still watch IDC?

20. Can I use different devices to watch the conference via zoom?

Yes, different devices can be used but only one at a time. If you wish to switch devices, you must leave the conference first before logging to another device.

21. Will the IDC materials be available after the conference? Can I view it offline?

The IDC videos will be made available just like in past IDC’s. Please wait for announcements on how you can avail of them.

22. Do we have workbook / handouts?

Yes, there will be a workbook which will be found on idc.org.ph soon.

1. When is the expiration of the 2-week video access for ticket buyers?

The duration of the 2-week video access started February 2 (Tuesday), and will end on February 16, 2021 (Tuesday).

2. I opened my video access link late/ I just received my video access link. Does the 2-week expiration apply upon opening the video link?

Unfortunately, there is a standard expiration date for ticket buyer’s access, which ends on February 16, Tuesday. If you want to continue watching the videos, you can avail of the digital access for Php 500 for downloadable and expiration-free videos.

3. How can I purchase the digital access of IDC 2021 videos?

The following modes of payment are available: Bank transfer (via web/mobile app/Gcash)/Deposit and ATM/Debit/Credit Card.

For Bank Transfer/Deposit:

  1. Click the “Bank Transfer/Deposit” button and fill out the form.
  2. Select your preferred bank to get the bank details. For those who will do over-the-counter transaction, take note of the account details before going to the bank.
  3. Important: Don’t forget to indicate “For 2021 IDC Videos” in your transaction for faster verification. You can only accomplish the form once you have made your payment.
  4. Take a picture of your deposit slip or screenshot of your transaction and upload it on the form as proof of payment. Make sure to complete all details.
  5. Your payment summary will be sent via email for idc@ccf.org.ph
  6. Once payment has been validated, you will receive link to access the videos for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from idc@ccf.org.ph

For ATM/Debit/Credit Card (you will be going to 2 sites: ccf.org.ph/give for the payment and idc.org.ph for the order form):

  1. Go to ccf.org.ph/give and click “ATM/Debit/Credit Card”
  2. Click Others, enter the amount 500 and indicate “For IDC 2021 videos” in the recipient field and click “confirm all the data”
  3. Click “Proceed to Payment”
  4. You will be redirected to the Unionbank gateway for your card details.
  5. Double check your details and key in the OTP when prompted
  6. Then, you will see a confirmation note. Do not close the browser until you are automatically redirected back to the Give page.
  7. Save a screenshot of the Unionbank payment confirmation.
  8. Then go to idc.org.ph and click “ATM/Debit/Credit Card” and fill out the form.
  9. Upload the Unionbank confirmation on the form as proof of payment. Make sure to complete all details.
  10. Your payment summary will be sent via email from web.admin@ccf.org.ph
  11. Once payment has been validated, you will receive link to access the videos for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from idc@ccf.org.ph.

4. Is there going to be a USB with the 2021 conference videos?
