2. Can I get a refund or transfer my early bird ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable, and this benefit will only be valid for one ticketholder and may not be split between two people. If you would like to transfer your ticket, kindly e-mail an authorization/transfer letter including the details of transfer recipient to idc@ccf.org.ph
3. How can I buy the conference tickets?
For Bank Transfer/Deposit:
- Upon clicking the Bank Transfer/Deposit button, you will be directed to a form.
- Select your preferred bank to get the bank details. For those who will do over-the-counter transaction, take note of the account details.
- Don’t forget to indicate “2021 IDC Reg Fee” in your transaction for faster verification. You can only accomplish the form once you have made your payment.
- Take a picture of your deposit slip or screenshot of your transaction, and upload it as proof of payment.
- Your payment summary will be sent via email from idc@ccf.org.ph
- Once payment has been validated, you will receive your digiticket for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from web.admin@ccf.org.ph.
For ATM/Debit/Credit Card:
- Upon clicking the ATM/Debit/Credit Card button, you will be directed to a form.
- Fill out the form and click “Buy”
- You will be redirected to the PayMaya gateway for your card details. There will be an additional PayMaya transaction fee which is 2% of the total cost + 10 pesos per transaction.
- Double check your details and key in the OTP when prompted
- Then, you will see a confirmation note. Do not close the browser until you are automatically redirected back to CCF Events.
- Lastly, you will receive 2 emails containing the ff:
- Successful payment transaction from PayMaya
- Your digiticket for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from web.admin@ccf.org.ph.

- Try checking your spam folder and search for the IDC ticket with the suggested key words above.
- also try checking the important section for Gmail accounts

9. I paid but haven't received my ticket
If you have filled up the form, kindly check the following folders in your email inbox as the ticket may have been auto-filtered by your email provider: updates, junk, spam, promotions, important. You can also try typing ‘web.admin@ccf.org.ph’ in your email search bar.
If you are unable to find it in these folders, please email us at idc@ccf.org.ph with the name and email used for the purchase and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
10. How do I register my ticket?
- Enter your ticket number and click continue
- Register or login to your Small Groups account
- Indicate your church affiliation and how many will watch with you and click continue. Make sure not to leave any field unanswered, and click continue.
- You will receive 3 emails from IDC 2021 <no-reply@zoom.us>. Each email contains a unique zoom link of the following:
- Plenary zoom link for both Saturdays, January 23 & 30.
- Workshop link 1 for the first cluster weekday workshops
- workshop link 2 for the second cluster of weekday workshops
Each zoom link is assigned to 1 ticket, so entering the conference via shared zoom links will be unsuccessful. To see the workshop list and schedule, go to the menu tab of idc.org.ph and click “Programs”
11. I’m having problems logging in to my CCF Events / Small Groups account.
12. Can I register more than one ticket under my email address?
13. I’m trying to register my ticket but the website is telling me that it’s already been registered. What should I do?

- Click “Proceed to Payment”
- You will be redirected to the Unionbank gateway for your card details.
- Double check your details and key in the OTP when prompted
- Then, you will see a confirmation note. Do not close the browser until you are automatically redirected back to the Give page.
- Save a screenshot of the Unionbank payment confirmation.
- Then go to idc.org.ph and click “ATM/Debit/Credit Card” and fill out the form.
- Upload the Unionbank confirmation on the form as proof of payment. Make sure to complete all details.
- Your payment summary will be sent via email from web.admin@ccf.org.ph
- Once payment has been validated, you will receive link to access the videos for the IDC 2021 Global Conference from idc@ccf.org.ph.
